Objective:
To find a utilize experience, certifications, skills, and knowledge to provide counseling intervention, shelter support and
crisis support to children and families in needs working in conjunction with Works of Jesus Christ Ministries.
Youth Advocacy Services was founded in 2001. Its purpose was to provide counseling to children and families in the form of
in home services. Youth Advocacy Services is now providing office consultation in addition to crises shelter services
for single adults at 15 dollars per night. Office consultations are 10 dollars per visit.
Social Work Specialist (10/2003-present)
Job entailed completing case work duties, knowledge of behavior modification programs, problem resolution, Medicaid knowledge,
adoption policies, and family unification strategies.
Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation (8/2002-10/2003)social work
Providing case work duties and responsibilities to a mental retardation population assisting clients with preparation
for transitional living into the community.
S.W. Specialist(10-03- present)
Rehabilitation Counselor (11-01-8/02)
Duties consisted of providing case management, knowledge of Behavior modification programs for special needs children,
and completion of court reports, and ICRC and CRC teams.
Sex Abuse Treatment counselor (5/97-1/00)
Implementing behavior cycle modification, collaborating with therapist about cycle of abuse, facilitating psycho-educational
groups.Documenting target goal progress and addressing service plan needs.
